A Canadian company has announced plans to build an electric car. The Toronto-based company LV plans to build a car called the SARIT, which could fetch a retail price of just 4,000 USD.
According to the report, the car that the company named LV plans to make is small and has three wheels. It can run at a maximum speed of 32 kilometres per hour and run one hundred kilometres on a single charge.
The company thinks it is pretty small to look at and would be great for personal or solo travel. LV is going to build a factory in Aurora, north of Toronto.
The car made by LV looks a lot like a car running on a golf course. It has only one seat. It is believed that this car market will respond to the world of electric cars.
Mayor Tom Mracas said in a tweet that SARIT (Safe Affordable Reliable Innovative Transport), created by Frank Stronach, would reduce traffic jams and protect against environmental pollution. Looking forward to seeing you on a fully made in Canada transport road.
